Vegan Collard Green Salad

2 tsp of vinegar 
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cups of greens
1/4 cup each of chopped onions, tomatoes and corn .
Dash of sweetener
Dash of salt
Place greens and corn in a pot with 1 cup of water and boiled for 2 minutes.  Rinsed with cold water.   Add all ingredients in a bowl.  Stir together and refrigerate.  So easy and taste great!  Enjoy.
