Lemony Dill Feta Cheeze














This texture is so rich and creamy. Very simple to make. Lets get started.
1 block of tofu. I purchased the one that was already pressed.
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup Nutritional yeast
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup of brine from Olives
2 tsp of dried dill
1tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder.
Juice of one lemon
Mixed everything together in blender. Spread in a dish of choice and place in refrigerator for 8 hours or until firm.  Enjoy.
