To make this delciousnes you are going to need 3 cups of water, 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, 1/4 cup of fresh orange juice (optional, it adds a nice citrus flavor), 1 cup of sugar, and 1 Tbsp of Blue Butterfly Pea Powder. In a pot bring to boil 1 1/2 cups of water and sugar. Boil until sugar is completley dissolved. Take off stove and stir in pea powder. Pour in a bowl and let cool.
