Avocado Snack and a Gluten Free Lunch

Avocado Snack

Avocado with cilantro, lime juice, cherry tomatoes, and chili lime seasoning
Cut 1 medium Avocadoin half. Season halves with chili lime seasoning.  Top with fresh cilanttro leaves, e cherry tomatoes cut in half and drizzle with fresh lime juice.

GF Bread

Sweet potato  ramen bowl.

Spiralize one medium size sweet potato.
Boil in 3 cups of water that has been season with 1 tsp of vegan base paste.
Cook until tender.  Add in other veggies of choice and cook for 1 minute.
Serve it with bread/or cracker of choice.
