Ribbon Salad Bowl with Quinoa
For this easy salad. Boil Quinoa according to package directions and set aside after cooking. With the spiralizer, spiralize cucumber and zucchini with the ribbon blade. Slice cherry tomatoes. In a bowl add in quinoa. Top with ribbons of zucchini, cucumber and tomato. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Add your fave dressing and enjoy :)
