Gluten Free Pasta with Kale and Brussel Sprouts







Brussel Sprouts seems to have a bad reputation and i don't know why, because I love them :)  I eat them in soups, stir fries,  salad's, and in a simple saute! The dish above is simple and easy.
Cook pasta according to package directions.  Drain and set aside.  In a Pan add 1/4 cup of water and half of a sliced onion, cook for 3 to five minutes until tender.   Next Add in orange, red  and yellow peppers (not pictured) that have been sliced. Cook for 3 minutes. Next the brussel sprouts and cook for 5 minutes  Now add in Kale and cook until it wilts about 1 minute.  Add in cook pasta , garlic salt, and cracked black pepper.  Toss together. ENJOY :)
