Easy Vegan Lunch of Vegan Mac N Cheeze, Avocado salad and Fresh Pineapples

Cook 8 oz Mac Noodles according to package instructions.
Drain and add in 12 oz of vegan provolone cheeze, I use Follow Your Heart Brand.

Chop 1 medium size Avocado in bite-size pieces and toss with peppers of choice little salt and pepper.

Slice pineapple the way you want.

Makes 2 servings
