Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette

2 bunches of cilantro washed and chop including stems.
1 tsp chopped garlic
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp hot sauce
1/4 tsp of hot sauce.

Place everything in a blender.  Blend for 2 minutes.  Place in jar. Refrigerate.  Will last for several weeks.  Makes 8 oz.  For thinner vinaigrette add in a few tbsp of water.
