Cabbage with Seafood Mushrooms, of course its vegan :)






 Sautee  1/2 medium sliced onion for 3 minutes in olive oil until tender.
Add in 3 cups of of Seafood Mushrooms and 1 cup of Quorn Vegan Chickn Tenders.  Cook for 8 minutes on medium high heat stirring constantly.
Toss in 1 cup cabbage an cook just until tender.
Season with salt and  ground black pepper. Enjoy.  Makes 3 servings.
